Anyone who has had to have an appendix removed will tell you that cleansing the colon is not a fun thing at all. Having to starve for a week or more and surviving on just fluids is something that I don’t ever want to do again which is why it struck me as particularly ironic when my doctor and singseh told me that I had to get my colon cleansed. While my doctor said I had high levels of certain metals and minerals my singseh was more to the point telling me I had to go cleanse the toxins out of my body, start eating something else besides fast food all the time and clean out my colon. Having experienced the more traditional method of colon cleansing I wasn’t particularly looking forward to doing it again and told him so. My singseh just sighed, shook his head and gave me a prescription of Chinese herbs meant to do a detox colon cleanse which also burned a really big hole in my pocket. While the stuff he prescribed worked wonders I was a bit hesitant to go back to him, especially as my wallet was feeling the complete opposite of what my gut was feeling. However all he did was sigh again, shake his head and start listing down other more affordable alternatives. This included purgatives, herbal teas, detox patches and other detox colon cleanse products. I started out with the purgatives and herbal teas but soon stopped the whole detox colon cleanse as it felt just like when I was cleaning out my colon through starvation all over again, just on overdrive. Whatever I ate went out twice as fast each time I took the purgative or herbal tea and I felt dangerously empty all the time. Thats when I started using the detox foot patches. Although the very concept of foot patches cleaning out my colon seemed preposterous, an online website selling the Suresafe Detox Foot patches explained adroitly that it was just treating through reflexology and sweat which sounded outlandish in itself but I gave it a go nonetheless. Thankfully, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it worked. Though the problem was in my colon, the patches worked just great for a detox colon cleanse. After thinking it through I realized it was just the same purgative process, just through my sweat instead of the usual methods. The site was particularly helpful as it not only offered information on the topic but it also offered cheap discount packages for the Suresafe Detox Foot patches I’d been using as a detox colon cleanse product. Since I’d already tried it out from my singseh I thought I’d give the site a go, especially since their 60 packet package going at $89.95 was such a steal compared to buying three 20 packet packages at $34.95 each. There was another 40 packet package going at $64.95 but I thought I’d need them for the long haul. And since the site offered a full 60 day refund for any unopened packages I really didn’t have anything to lose. Payment was quick and simple through their online credit card form and while they did offer other payment methods like paypal and money order, I normally use my credit card for online transactions anyway.
